"Massive improvement"

Visited A&E, the green area and x-Ray area with my friend who was being treated. The new waiting room area is very clean and the staff were excellent, compared to my previous experiences here! The lady we spoke to in the reception was very smily and extremely helpful. The wait was two hours in and out, which is brilliant considering I've spent a lot longer here on previous visits. Keep up the good work!
