She broke her hip on 1. March, had operation on 2. March and left hospital 26. March. In that time she was seen and assessed by physics only 3 times and not mobilised other than transferring from bed to chair and back. Now back at residential home, is unable to walk with Zimmer as before and it will take some time before she gets her confidence back. We spoke to the ward manager a week into this admission as we were concerned about the lack of care and staff attitudes, but I am afraid that nothing improved. I am very disappointed in Pinderfields and will write to the Matron to voice my concerns in full detail.
