"Recent A&E visit"

I recently had need to bring my 3 year old son to the A&E department (The last A&E visit I had was at West Hill Hospital Dartford) and felt the need to write to thank the staff and facilities. The children's A&E area was clean, tidy and occupied his time. The staff were excellent, reception, nurses and doctors all supporting and informative. We were moved through to PAU and again the staff and facilities were very good. We did have a long wait to see the Consultant but it was clearly a busy day. Sadly I cannot recall of the names of people individually and it wasn't an easy day due to the context of our visit but it was the staff that are truly worth thanking in any way I can.
