Overall very pleased with this department and the service they provide. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. My procedure was explained to me fully in advanced and any questions I had answered. Follow up care was also very good. However this is a busy department so you are likely not to be seen on time for your appointment; be prepared with a book as it is likely there will be a waiting time, there is normally ample seating. However I do not feel you will be disappointed with the service and will be in very capable hands so its well worth the wait.
