(as the patient),

I don't like the heading "moan" as this might put people off telling their story of a negative experience with the NHS (outcome might be fine but the journey terrible). Much as this website is a good idea the most vulnerable people are the elderly and probably the most neglected in hospital; not many would know how to access this site.

Thanks for your feedback. We take your point about the heading "moan", and we'd welcome other ideas. We need a word which is short, easy to understand and spans the range from small issues to major ones.

In terms of access to the site, we are working with GPs in many areas to raise awareness of Patient Opinion among their patients. In these areas patients can send in their feedback via freepost or an 0845 number too.

Obviously we'd like the service to be a widely known as possible - so anything you can do to help would be very welcome!
