"AVOID THIS HOSPITAL IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!!!..."

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

This hospital talks about how it takes it reviews seriously but when thinks go terrible wrong, no-one cares or bothers to answer any of your questions. This hospital HAS created a false case history, failed to detect numerous problems on a full mri I had. I was seen by four consultants, who missed everything, I have complained to PALS and they could not answer my questions, or could not be bothered to investiagte this matter. I contacted the Chief Execuitive to tell him of my problems over 16 months ago and nothing has happened. I was reassured that I would get my full result but when I turned up I was told that the computer was not working! Which shows how poorly this hospita; is run; computers not working! The case was referred to a professor to investigate and again he missed everything! No doubt, a retired actor who played a professor in the Harry Potter Films; as he did not care and did not answer any questions. Despite having problems with the whole of my spine, all of limbs; I had a full MRI and I was told that I only had whiplash!!!!! Yet, two months later at another hospital, a full MRI, showed neural compression, multiple prolasped disc to the upper back (very rare), to the lumbar spine, fractured spine, trapped auxillary nerve, and damaged to the s joint in my lower back. When the result was read to me, the consultant (QEQM) said: " YOUR TELLING ME THAT A NEUROSURGEON MISSED THESE" HE THEN BURIED HE HEAD IN HIS HANDS. Four of this hospitals finest could NOT detect these problems - truly amazing. They have failed in a dutty of care, if they do it to me they will do it too you! Chief Executive can not be bothered, the complaints system does not work. When things go wrong, this hospital does not have a clue on how to resolve. These people should be named and shamed. Given further training, as they are being paid alot of money. This hospital should have a sign placed over the door that reads" ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK" SO AVOID AND USE ANOTHER HOSPITAL; OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE YEARS OF YOUR LIFE WASTED. THIS HOSPITAL IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND DOES NOT NO HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS OR DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS! AVOID, AVOID - ITS YOUR LIFE YOUR PUTTING AT RISK BY ENTERING THIS HOSPITAL. I AM SURE THAT THIS COMPLAINT IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG, THEY CAN'T GET AWAY WITH THIS ANYMORE AND PEOPLE WILL NOT TOLERATE PORR SERVICE. SO IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE BEEN LET DOWN, COMPLAIN TO SIR ROGER NAYLOR, CHIEF EXECUTIVE - HE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW POOR HIS HOSPITALS REALLY ARE!
