"excellent standards of care"

I really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful care I received in A&E last Sunday morning. I was in a lot of pain initially and I received nothing but kindness from the time I arrived until I left, less than 2 hours later, having been treated for a broken arm. Each stage of the diagnosis and treatment was fully explained. I was shown my X-ray and all information was clear and sympathetically delivered. I can't thank the staff enough. I hope they see this feedback. I have attended Aintree Hospital a few times over the last 10 years and each time I am impressed by the friendly efficiency of the staff at all levels of training and expertise. So often the only people who provide feedback are those who want to complain. It's important for staff to be thanked sincerely for the good work they do, which sometimes goes unnoticed. This would be longer, but I am still typing with one hand
