"feel left abandoned"

my mother has been in and out of this hospital for compaining of certain symptoms. she went to AE 4 times and was sent home with a suggestion to take gaviscon! now afte weeks she has been diagnosed with cancer , At this difficult time we have been offered no support as a family. my mother has had no one speak to her about any support. we have had to keep asking about what is going on. my mother is not on the cancer ward . Feel the nurses are insensitive to our family. Where is the support? Feel let down and as for the doctor my mother saw at A&E how dare you write down what she should take on a crumpled piece of hand tissue disgusting!
