What I liked

All members of staff were helpful when asking directions for the Screening Clinic. One memeber of staff especially put herself out to help my sister to have a scan on that day without an appointment. She showed such concern to help us both. She really put herself out to help her, also myself in seeing that my sister got her scan on that day, It saved me having to travel there again, which would have meant an hours journey. This is from someone who didnt have to do that, she could have said make an appointment, but put herself out to help both of us.

Thank you to that member of staff.

Everyone was so friendly bright and cheerful and helpful too.
