About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

I spend 10 days in hospital and spoke to a doctor only 1 time. I was spoken down too, and treat as if I was senile at times by some staff nurses. I was never given the opportunity to discuss my condition and care plan at any point. The hca's were good hard workers as were the domestics. If I was a patient who could not speak up for myself and was of sound mind I would have been forgotten about. I was twice missed out at meal times, I was offer my dessert but no soup or main couse so had to have sandwiches. I can not prase the physios enough, they are angels in disguise, even though they tortured me at times.
