"tortured."

after being sent to the hospital by my doctor about a abcess on my nipple at 7am because that's the time my doctor was told to send me, there was nobody there until 9am, after waiting 5 hours I got sent back home because the breast clinic was not open that day. the next day I got my scan and they also stuck a needle in my red swollen and extremely swollen nipple with no anastetic whats so ever, it was absolute agony and still is, they didn't even dress it after. I found this sort of treatment barbaric, I am supposed to go back next week but I am too scared to do so.
