I had an operation in the plane tree centre , the worst experience ive ever had with the NHS the staff here are very poor no communication everything seems like an effort or inconvenience to them , ive never experienced anything like this before it seems that no one has any idea what is going on I am absolutely disgusted and shocked with the attitude staff and running of this place ..patient care here is a joke.
