"Hip replacement"

The treatment I have received was brilliant. As the patient, I was put first by all the staff. Everything possible was done to make my treatment the best it could be and to ensure that I felt as well as I could at all times. Thank you to all who cared for me at Pontefract Hospital. The pre-assessment staff, the doctors, nurses,catering assistants ( The food was lovely) and cleaners on the ward, the theatre team, anaesthetists and surgeon, the recovery ward staff, porters, physiotherapists,occupational therapists and radiographers. They were all superb and I truly cannot praise you all enough. I was out of bed the next morning and discharged 2 days after surgery. if you have a choice as to where to have your surgery, I would highly recommend Pontefract.
