"Excellence"

Twelve weeks ago I had a partial knee replacement which resulted in a stay of four nights in Ashford Hospital. I was very impressed by the outstanding delivery of service of all the staff. From the surgical team, the nursing team, physiotherapists, catering and cleaning teams, I experienced a high level of service I have not met elsewhere. Without exception the staff seemed well motivated despite the extremely long hours some had to work and obvious tiredness towards the end of a long shift. I would like to express my grateful thanks to all involved directly in my care and to those who put together the structure and training that ensures such high standards of service delivery. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all those involved.
