"ignored..."

I consulted the doctor after my brain tumour diagnosis last year. all I can state is severe disappointment... Lovely as anything at the appointments themselves however at my last appointment (26/11/13) I was told that I was going to be prescribed mild anti depressants, I was going to be put through to a psychiatrist to discuss all of the problems that my diagnosis has bought about and I could be seen in just two months to discuss how things were going... Well, my prescription never showed up, my referral to a psychologist never got me an appointment and my 2 month appointment was 4 months in a new (to me) centre that I cant get to without spending a lot of money as epilepsy ensures I can't drive. The lack of help continued after speaking to the receptionist twice.. So disappointed. I wasn't demanding more attention than anyone else just some would be nice.. Terrible service and an embarrassment to the NHS. Regard yourself as unimportant if you are put with this doctor.
