Efficient check-in from friendly staff in day surgery. Seemed to be plenty of staff around. Treated with respect and dignity. Didn't have to wait too long for treatment. Tea and toast very welcome afterwards. A good level of care. Ward looked clean and was warm. No complaints. Heard horror stories about other hospitals in the area but this was a good experience.
