What I liked

I was quickly put at my ease by the staff who treated me when I arrived, and I thought the standard of care and professionalism I received during the week I was a patient was always of the highest standard, and very thorough.

I was always kept informed by staff about what had to be done, and why the various proceedues were necessary. So I never felt unaware of what was going on with my treatment..

I would also like to offer my thanks to the catering staff for providing a fine selection of tasty meal choices, which I really enjoyed.

What could be improved

Perhaps the time at patient discharge time waiting for perscriptions to be made up could be improved
