After a harrowing road accident I was admitted to a+e where on regaining my senses I was most impressed by the staff as they made me comfortable and efficiently determined the cause. For monitoring and treatment I was put in the willows ward for cardiac patients and cannot admire the staff enough for their professionalism and friendly manner. All treatments and examinations where fully explained before commencing and this made my visit as pleasant as possible.
