"Patient care the priority"

Following an accident I have been seen at five hospitals,Highfield was not just better than the others but in every way from the staff on reception to the nurses,I was made to feel well cared for and everyone made me feel confident that I was being looked after by a team that knew what they were doing,following my operation my pain level was checked and immediately resolved,thank you all at Highfield and the Consultant's standards are the best ,this is how hospitals should be. I travelled some distance to this hospital but for this level of treatment it was so worth it.
