i went in as an emergency admission to A & E when pregnant visiting london with 2 small children and and the experience in A&E was very poor . Thankfully as soon as i was transfered to the gynae ward, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, professional and reassuring even insuring that my children were looked after and fed whilst i was there,

We were sorry to learn of the experiences described in your feedback concerning your attendance in A&E. Your comments will be passed on to the relevant management teams so that they can take appropriate action. I was however pleased to hear of your experience once on the gynae ward. Of course, pass on your very kind comments to all the staff concerned. I know that the doctors, the nurses and the many other people who contribute to the care of patients, will greatly appreciate your kind words. It makes such a difference to morale to know that efforts have been appreciated.
