Well another visit to the haematology dept this time absolutely brilliant no messing around and no chatting excellent in and out in 20 mins very acceptable but I would still like to see a late night opening1 night a week

Thank you for your comments we are pleased that your patient experience met with your expectations. We have recruited an additional Phlebotomist as a result of a Phlebotomy Service review and a patient feedback survey. There are also plans in place to pilot a late night slot 17:00 -19:00 one night per week to see if this helps the morning service.
