"TRAQS was efficient and very satisfactory"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Contacting and booked appointment through TRAQS was efficient and very satisfactory. Care received in outpatients, PRH ENT department was good.

Did not receive any explanation of TRAQS procedure from GP.

Please accept my apologies that you were not informed by your GP that your referral would be sent to and managed by TRAQS. There is a TRAQS patient leaflet, which is available to be handed by all GP Practices/GPs. Each patient who is referred by their GP should be given one of these leaflets which explains the service, the steps in the process and contains contact telephone numbers within TRAQ. If you would like to receive a copy ofthis leaflet please contact me on 01952 580441 and I will be happy to forward a copy to you.

However, I am pleased to note that the service you received from TRAQS and the care subsequently provided by PRH met with your expectations.
