I was seen very promptly. The doctor explained everything very clearly. The nurse was very considerate. Overall a good experience, in as far as a hospital visit can be!
My follow up appointment was also very good. The hospital ring me on the day of the first appointment to offer me a cancellation which was accepted and cut out any potential waiting time for me.
This is my first time at New Cross, and I was very impressed.
