"TRAQS immediately resolved problem"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Prior to Christmas, I was referred to have an endoscopy, allowing for the Christmas break/public holidays.

I was contacted by TRAQS with a choice of two hospitals to have this performed. This did not include the Wellington Road surgery which I was expecting.

However, this was immediately resolved by the TRAQS team. An appointment has arrived from the Wellington Road Surgery as promised since.

As all feedback is anonymous I am unable to identify your referral to determine why Wellington Road Surgery was not offered as part of your choice. There are a number of reasons why you may initially been offered a hospital appointment as opposed to the Community Clinic in Wellington.

I am sorry that you had to contact TRAQS to amend your choice but pleased that you have now received an acceptable appointment.
