About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Doctors visit due to RTA. Doctor wrote “urgent” on notes to physio – TRAQS phoned Friday with an appointment for February but possibly physio department might be in touch for earlier app – they did – late January to my relief after 10 days of pain!

I am pleased to note that TRAQS dealt with your urgent referral promptly. I gather that your referral was to the Physiotherapy Clinic at Princess Royal Hospital and as such I am unable to comment on their behalf.
