About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Doctors visit due to RTA. Doctor wrote “urgent” on notes to physio – TRAQS phoned Friday with an appointment for February but possibly physio department might be in touch for earlier app – they did – late January to my relief after 10 days of pain!

I am pleased to note that TRAQS dealt with your urgent referral promptly. I gather that your referral was to the Physiotherapy Clinic at Princess Royal Hospital and as such I am unable to comment on their behalf.

Please may we direct you the Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to take your comments further on behalf of the individual hospital.
