"Little information provided"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Duplicate letters.

No appointment made.

Different person every time contact was made.

Waste of time.

Incorrect information provided, confusion over booking reference numbers.

Calls not returned after messages left. Message on my awaiting mobile – “this is TRAQS” – then cut off. Unable to make received appointment.

In the end made the appointment myself.

If you would like to contact me on 01952 580441 I would be happy to explain the TRAQS process in more detail and at the same time look into the circumstances regarding your referral to determine whether our service can be improved.
