About: Colchester General Hospital

Our twin girls were born by emergency caesarean on 26th August 2013 at 25 weeks + 4 days at Colchester hospital. They are now both thriving; taking solids, smiling and laughing! We are very grateful to both of the delivery teams, and all the staff in Neonatal for what they have done for our two beautiful daughters; as without them they would not be here today. The care they received from birth to their transfer back for the two months they were in their care was second to none. Not including the emotional support they gave us, and the time they all spent with our three year old daughter Keira we will never forget.
