I've recently had two emergency admissions each leading to 3-4 day stays, followed by a 24hr visit for gallbladder removal. On all occasions I was cared for by pleasant, skilled and hardworking staff. My surgeon explained what was happening extremely clearly, did what turned out to be a tricky operation very successfully, and saw me personally at the follow up. I can't fault that! My only criticism is that one of my visits could have been avoided and the whole prices speeded up if there'd been a second MRI scanner available. That's a management problem, not a clinical one.
"A very satisfied patient"
