I went for simple tests, leaving my toddler at home. And it took three hours to get back home. I was waiting and waiting, while just watching everyone else come and go. Some within 15 minutes. Until I go so frustrated I had a go at a staff member in front of loads of people. It was only then till I got seen. During those 2+hrs in the waiting area, there is no water dispenser, no newspapers nor magazines or television. There is just a constant beeping fire alarm. So when I did get seen I walked away completely ruffled, it was a harrowing and unfair experience. And in my book need telling to go home, and get some considerate both male and female examiners, who also identify themselves properly and act bit more respectfully. One star, for eventually getting the job done. Moe
