"Looking after the frail elderly patient"

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

My 93 year old father was admitted to Gladstone ward this week through A+E. Everyone treated us with respect and everyone tried their very best for him, and for me. There were obvious signs of good team working and I was kept fully informed of what was going on (my father was very confused).

We were pleased to learn that your father received such good care and attention. Your kind comments will be passed on to the staff in the areas concerned. I know that the doctors, the nurses and the many other people who contribute to the care of patients, will greatly appreciate your kind words. It makes such a difference to morale to know that efforts have been appreciated.
