I had an MRI scan on an Alliance Medical van at Tiverton Hospital and although I was extremely nervous the staff were so friendly and kind I managed it with no problems, they really put me a ease. The whole experience was much better then the rushed and unfriendly service I had at the city hosptial a few years ago.
The lady who did the booking for me over the phone was also very polite and efficient and I recieved a really clear explanation of the scan and details of where to find the hospital. I'd certainly recommend this service to anyone else.
