"Unhappy with treatment at the pilgrim"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a carer),

I had an RTA accident. My experience was so appalling that I do not have any faith in them. I feel that I was treated like we were in the third world. I have worked all my life and paid in to help the nhs. I think that I would be better off being classed as an immigrant, as they seem to get better care!

I am very sorry that you were unhappy after attending the Emergency Department. I would be grateful if you would be willing to talk to me about your experience so that I can clearly understand why your visit was poor. Please can you contact PALS on 01205 446243 and they will be able to organise a meeting.

Yours sincerely

Pilgrim Hospital,

Update posted by annterry (a carer)

response was ok but I am still in contact with pilgrim hospital. I am still hoping that they get something done in the near future as I am getting a bit fed up with it all but I will not give in, I will continue until they do something.

I will not go away, if I have to I will take this matter further but I don't want to, if they do something sooner than later!
