"They couldn't be more helpful"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Whilst my partner was in the Royal Preston Hospital A&E, we were visited by two women from the Rapid Assessment Team. Both were understanding, friendly and put my partner at ease who felt embarrassed.

One of the women attended our home that night when it was cold, wet and dark. Both she and her colleague had beaming smiles and couldn't be more helpful.

They were not rushing my partner and both of us really appreciate their help and guidance - very professional. Thank you Charlotte.
