About: Heatherwood Hospital

I have twice been on the short stay ward at Heatherwood hospital for operations. All the nurses, doctors, technicians and anaesthetiss were excellent. In particular the nursing staff on the ward were exceptional: extremely competent, caring and knowledgeable. The lovely nurses who worked overnight were fantastic, and made my stay comfortable and reassuring. This ward shoud be used as a model fr all NHS hospitals, I have not seen better.
