"made to feel comfortable and relaxed"

I attended the X-ray department to undergo an HSG. I was very nervous about it but the radiographer and student radiographer were absolutely outstanding.When I'm nervous I giggle and joke and thankfully these lovely ladies had a sense of humour and that relaxed me. The Dr who performed the procedure was also very nice. In case they read this I will add I did have my flake and watch Johnny Depp films for the rest of the afternoon :) The department and room was spotless although its a shame that the main waiting area is very dark and dreary..it doesn't do anything to make patients feel good I dread to think what it does for the staff that have to work there. It would be nice for them if it could have a revamp and light bulbs that have broken to be changed.
