It is so easy to listen to the downside and negativity of the NHS. On 24th March 2014 I had a great experience of professional care and attention at the day surgery unit .The attention of staff from arrival until discharge was second to none. The patient only rule (apart from parent and child ) is a great one,giving peace and quiet to the patient recovery .It was a team effort from beginning to end.All the staff seemed happy to be there.Even the cleaner felt part of the team.I believe this team model and ideals should be used in areas of the NHS which do not have such a high calibre of care. Use it /Share it Thank you
