"Over-rated"

About: Great Ormond Street Hospital Central London Site

Really slow . Very disappointed. I thought my son would be in safe hands but they are really not that different from other hospitals in the sense where u ask a question and the answer in medical long termed words which equal to..." I don't know" in English. As a new parent- I panicked when I received the call for my baby who was 7 days old. I was assured that I would get 24 hour support - but every time I have tried to call to speak to the team dealing with him---- I get no response. None. And that's not even exaggerated. I could not believe it myself. Really annoyed actually. So I deal with my son myself.
