"Good service from the hospital, shame about the car parking"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Good service from the hospital, shame about the car parking – expensive, few spaces, frustrating ticket machines located in the wind and rain, dangerous for pedestrians.

Don’t mind paying to park but expect a better system than this.

My first referral was ‘lost’ – cost me 6 weeks extra wait.

Although your referral was processed by the TRAQS team we note that your comments relate to Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust/Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust and as such we are unable to comment on their behalf.
