"Donnington Medical Practice: The appointment system needs reviewing!"

I arrived in good time for my 4pm appointment as it was clearly stated if I wasn’t there on time I wouldn’t be seen.

I waited until 4: 40pm and there were still people in front of me who hadn’t been seen. As I was due to start work at 5: 30pm and had to get home, change etc, I left at 4: 40.

I can understand appointments not being exactly on time, but 40 minutes and still people to be seen is unacceptable. I can understand this delay if at an emergency practice but this was not.

The appointment system needs reviewing! !
