From your comments it is not clear where the delay in your appointment occurred, I assume you are referring to the hospital waiting time on your appointment date. If this is the case please may I direct you the Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to take your comments further on behalf of the individual hospital concerned.
