About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

TRAQS telephoned me to arrange an appointment, they gave me options and sorted this out quickly and efficiently. I subsequently had a question and telephoned them again, the young man I spoke to was thorough in his answer and reassured me. I received a letter of clarification in the same week.

At the appointment I was dealt with quickly, the nurse and consultant I saw at Donnington Cardiology were very thorough. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and did not feel rushed. They carried out the investigative tests on site and will now follow-up at a later date with the results.

Overall so far a very positive experience. Thank you NHS.

It is pleasing to note that TRAQS contacted you promptly and was able to provide you with an early appointment. TRAQS prides itself on ensuring patient service and being available at anytime to help alleviate any concerns you may have.

The care provided by all NHS staff is very important and we appreciate each and every word of praise received. It is hoped that patients’s treatment path is clearly explained to them and the treatment given is of the highest standard.
