About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

GP referral for physio to my back, given choice of PRH or Madeley. Consequently no contest (Madeley).

Very pleasant surroundings. The physio who dealt with me spent plenty of time isolating my problem, then gave me some exercises.

At no time did I find that I was under pressure because of lack of time, nor was I kept waiting more than 5 minutes for my appointment.

A very pleasant change.
