"Call handler went out of his way to help me"

About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART)

(as a service user),

I recently used the referral service.

The call handler, Seb, deserves a pat on the back. He was very nice and went out of his way to help me. He was very charming.

Also, the receptionist at Leatside Surgery went out of her way to rush a form through so that my referral could go through and I could get an appointment.
