Hastings Sanctuary Service has helped to literally save my life after a terrible time. It gave me space and time to reflect on treatment and the future. It is a lovely, peaceful, calm, atmosphere with very supportive staff who are there to listen and support when I neededit most. I believe this is an essential service for those with mental health issues.
