I have had a good experience this time, at the QMC E15, west block.
It was a short stay due to the help and encouragement of my family and staff.
The staff here were helpful and kept me informed throughout, they listened to me and made me feel they cared for me and other patients.
In particular the two nurse's I wont forget are Jo and Grace both very hard workers.
Jo was on the night shift and she had a really busy shift, she was pregnant which added to her feeling tired, but she kept cheerful and positive throughout the night.
This experience has restored my faith in the NHS.
Also would like to mention nurse Alison at pre op assessment as she had a fab outlook and good humour, thank you to you all.
