"10 hours wait in A&E"

I have been sent by GP to have a scan for blood clot. Being 24 weeks pregnant I though it is going to be an easy task. However it was one of the worst experiences ever. You are just asked to sit and wait for hours and hours, with no information most of the time. Being registered at 3.3pm I have seen a doctor past midnight. All I have been told is what GP already provided me as information: that a scan is needed. Nothing extra. A service at par with third world nation.
