Patients are naturally a bit "up tight" when the experience is new for them. I have nowhere found such professional and caring staff .In the James Hope Ward everyone - ,assistants, nursing staff and medics all displayed such commitment to professional standards and care for patients when I visited for an ECG on 24 March 2014. The whole environment and experience was "calm" and re-assuring. OK! helped by such a a clean ward with state of the art equipment.in the labs.But without the "people" commitment it may have been different..Congratulations to the Team and trust Mr Hunt will acknowledge your work!
