Before coming to the hospital I was terrified because I’ve never had to be in a hospital before. However the service, the care and the face-to-face conversation between staff and me the patient, was amazing and out of this world. Within a week I was able to get any scans and procedures that I needed done. The best things were: *Fast service *Guidance *You were never left alone and was always asked if I needed anything or was ok *You always had time to ask any questions you thought of * Staff had perfect patience * Clean rooms and beds *really good view *Operating doctors had perfect communication skills and actually listen to your plans and ideas and can actually fit around your table so you’re in complete control. *Given food straight after the operation I cant explain how perfect my experience is. I went in this morning and came out later on and I just hope that if I feel the need to call and speak to someone or have any questions their problems (hopefully not) they can continue their great service.
