After a week in the above ward I have nothing but praise for all the staff from the cheerful young man who delivered the tea up to the ward Doctor. I found the kindness, care and consideration shown to all patients and their visitors was exceptional. The medical staff in A&E remained calm and focused despite long hours working in this very busy and stressful environment.
