"Long waiting time"

My appointment today was at 11:30 am I had taken time out of work in order to attend. 5 patients waiting and only 2 consulation rooms! the consultants saw 2 patients approximately 10 minutes each and a member of staff talking for a very long time with one of the consultants. I am absolutely disgusted that with such few patients and only 2 consulting rooms I had to wait for such a long time unneccesarily
